The Last Will and Testament of Abram Bidelman of the town of Shelby in the County of Orleans and State of New York.
I, Abram Bidelman being of sound mind and memory do hereby make my last Will and Testament as follows to wit:
After all my Legal debts and funeral Charges are paid I will and bequeath unto my beloved wife Lucinda the entire use and benefit of all my Real and personal property for her own use and benefit during her natural live.
I will and bequeath first out of my said property after the decease of my said wife to Horatio N. Bidelman Clarissa Bidelman and Lorenzo D. Bidelman, my three youngest children three hundred dollars each.
I will and bequeath unto Clarissa McDaniels daughter of my deceased daughter Jane McDaniels the sum of one hundred dollars to paid her when she arrives at the age of twenty one years.
I will and bequeath all the Residue of my Real and personal Estate to my six Children named as follows Samuel J. Bidelman Louisa Ann Johnston wife of Arthur Johnston Julia Acker wife of Wm W Acker, Horatio Bidelman, Clarissa Bidelman and Lorenzo D. Bidelman share and share alike to each one.
And I hereby constitute and appoint Asa B Moore Executor of this my will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty first day of May in the Year of our lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty one.

The above instrument consisting of half a sheet was made by Abram Bidelman and Executed by him in our presence and acknowledged by him to be his last Will and Testament, and in at his request sign our names hereto as witnesses to the same.
