Francis Bough
To
Alfred Willis

 This Indenture made this fifteenth day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty-six Between Francis Bough of the Town of Scriba, Oswego & State of New York of the first part and Alfred Willis of the City of Oswego, County and State aforesaid of the second part Witnesseth that the said party of the first part in consideration of the sum of eight hundred dollars to him duly paid has sold and by these presents does grant and convey to the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns All that tract or parcel of land situate in the Town of Scriba aforesaid and being part of lot No. forty six(46) in Township No. seventeen (17) of Scriba’s Patent and bounded as follows:  Commencing in the center of the road eight chains and 39 links South from the North line of said lot there being twenty one 83/100 acres sold to James Gubbins off from the East side of said lot by R. Colt to Kenyon: thence running Eastwardly along the South line of said 21 83/100 acres belonging to Gubbins to the East line of said lot:  thence South along the line said lot to the center to a stake:  thence Westerly along the highway to the place of beginning being thirty acres more or less:  Excepting the south ten acres of the said 30 acres heretofore contracted to Farrell Bough making 20 acres more or less hereby conveyed, subject to taxes assessed after this date.  With the appurtenances and all the estate title and interest therein of the said party of the first part.  And the said Francis Bough does hereby covenant and agree to and with the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns that the premises thus conveyed in the quiet and peaceable possession of the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns he will forever warrant & defend against any person whomsoever lawfully claiming the same or any part thereof.  In witness whereof the party of the first part has hereunto set his hand and seal the day and year first above written.

Oswego County ss  On this 15 day of September in the year one thousand and eight hundred and sixty-six before me the subscriber personally appeared Francis Bough to me known to be the same person described in and who executed the within instrument and acknowledged that he executed the same.

Farrell Bough

 This Indenture made this 22d day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand and eight hundred and sixty-two between Francis Bough of Scriba in the County of Oswego and State of New York of the first part, and Farrell Bough of the same place of the second part, witnesseth that the said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of ten dollars to him duly paid has sold and by these presents do grant and convey to the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns All that tract or parcel of land situate in the Town of Scriba aforesaid and being part of Lot No forty six (46) in Township No seventeen of Scriba Patent, and being the south ten acres of the following described thirty acres of land, viz., commencing in the center of the Road eight chains & thirty nine links south from the north line of said Lot.  There being twenty one 83/100 acres to James Gillins off from the north side of one hundred acres sold from the east side of said Lot to Kenyon.  Thence running easterly along the south line of said 21 83/100 acres to the east line of said Lot, thence south along the line of said Lot to the center to a stake, thence westerly along the northline of the south fifty acres to the center of highway.  Thence northerly along the highway to the place of beginning.  The ten acres hereby conveyed are to be laid off by a line parallel to the south line of the above described thirty acres.  This conveyance is made with the express reserve of one half the standing timber now growing or standing on said ten acres hereby conveyed and also the right of ingress & egress for the purpose of cutting and taking away said half of said standing or growing timber. With the appurtenances and all the estate title and Interest therein of the said party of the first part.  And the said Francis Bough does hereby covenant and agree to and with the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns that the premises thus conveyed in the quiet and peaceable possession of the said part of the second part his heirs and assigns he will forever Warrant and defend against any person whomever lawfully claiming the same or any part thereof.  In witness whereof the said party of the first part has hereunto at his hand and seal the day and year first above written sealed and Delivered in the presence of __________   Francis Bough L.S.  State of New York, Oswego County.  On this 22d of January in the year one thousand eight hundred and sixty three before me the subscriber, appeared Francis Bough to me personally known to the same person described in, and who executed the within instrument and acknowledged that he executed the same.
