This Indenture, Made this Eleventh
day of February, in the year of
our Lord one
thousand eight hundred and eighty, Be-
tween Mary La May,
of the town of Volney, Oswego county,
N.Y. of the first part, and
Mary E. Dewey, of the town of Granby,
county and state aforesaid,
of the second part, Witnesseth, That the
said party of the first part,
in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred
Dollars, ($200.) to her duly paid,
has sold, and by these presents, does
grant and convey to the said party of the second part, her heirs and assigns,
All that tract or parcel of land, situate in the town of Granby, county
of Oswego, and state of New York, being part of Great Lot No
sixty two (62), in said town of Granby,
described as follows, viz:
Beginning in the center of the highway
running northerly from the Fulton and Hannibal Plank Road across said lot
62, on the south line of secondary division No two (2) of primary division
No five (5); thence northerly along the center of said highway
two chains and fifty links; thence east
parallel with the south line of said secondary division No 2, five chains
and seventy five links; thence southerly parallel with the said highway
two chains and fifty links to the south line of said secondary
division No 2; thence west along the south
line of said secondary division No 2, to the place of beginning, containing
about one acre and seventy square rods of land, be the same more or less.
With the Appurtenances, and all the estate, title and interest therein
of the said party of the first part, And the said Mary La May, does hereby
covenant and agree to and with the said party of the second part, her
heirs and assigns, that the premises thus
conveyed in the quiet and peaceable possession of the said party of the
second part, her heirs and assigns, she will Warrant and Defend against
any person whomsoever lawfully claiming the same,
or any part thereof. In witness
whereof, The party of the first part, has hereunto set her hand and seal
the day and year first above written.

and eighty, before me, the subscriber, personally appeared, Mary La May,
of Fulton, Oswego county, N.Y. to me personally known to be the same person

that she executed the same.

One Thousand Nine Hundred and Three (1903)
Between Antone
Charles J. Dewey & w. A. Dean and
Mary E. Dean, his wife of the Town of Volney, New York, of the first part,
and Charles J. Dewey and Emogene Dewey his
wife of the same place of the second part
Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part, in consideration of
the sum of Seven Hundred Dollars ($700) to them duly paid have sold, and
By these Presents, do grant and convey to the said parties of the second
part, their heirs and assigns, All that Tract or Parcel of Land, situate
in the Town of Volney, County of Oswego and State of New York, being a
part of the old Van Valkenburgh Farm on Clute’s Location, bounded as follows;
Beginning in the center of the River Road at the intersection thereof with
the South line of the Tucker Farm, and running thence Easterly along the
same Two Hundred and Forty (240) feet to lands of the New York, Ontario
and Western Railway Company, Thence Southerly along said Railway Company’s
land One Hundred and Twenty-
Four (124) feet; Thence Westerly parallel
with the first described line to the center of said road;
Thence northerly along the center of said
road One Hundred and Twenty-Four (124) feet to the place of beginning.
With the appurtenances, and all the estate title and interest therein of
the said parties of the first part, And the said Antone A. Dean doth hereby
covenant and agree to and with the said parties of the second part, their
heirs and assigns, that the premises thus conveyed in the quiet and peaceable
possession of the said parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns
he will forever Warrant and Defend against any person whomsoever lawfully
claiming the same or any part thereof. In Witness Whereof,

to me that they executed the same.

second part, Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part in consideration
of the sum of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars, ($250) to them duly paid,
have sold, and By these Presents, do grant and convey to the said party
of the second part, his heirs and assigns, All that Tract or Parcel of
Land, situate in the
town of Volney, County of Oswego and State
of New York bounded as follows, to wit: On the north by lands owned
by Maria Rowlee, formerly Baker, and Almon Osborn; On the East by lands
of Almon Osborn; On the South by the highway and On the West by lands of
Maria Rowlee, containing One and One-Fourth (1 ¼) acres of land,
be the same more or less, and being the same premises conveyed to Frances
A. Hart to Julia Rowlee by deed recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the County
of Oswego in Liber 226 of Deeds at Page 322. With the appurtenances,
and all
the estate, title and interest therein
of the said parties of the first part. And the said parties of
the first part do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said party
of the second part, his heirs and assigns, that the premises thus conveyed
in the quiet and peaceable possession of the said party of the second part
his heirs and assigns, they will forever Warrant and Defend against any
person whomsoever lawfully claiming the same, or any part thereof.
