EAGAN, MARTIN - Age, 20 years. Enlisted at Troy, to serve one year, and mustered in as private, Co. A, March 31, 1865; mustered out with company, July 19, 1865, at Raleigh, N. C.

EAGAN, MICHAEL. - Private, Co. C, One Hundred and Forty-second Infantry; transferred to Co. C, this regiment, June 7, 1865; mustered out with company, July 19, 1865, at Raleigh, N. C., as Egan.

EARL, CALEB M. - Age, 18 years. Enlisted, September 10, 1862, at Whitehall, to serve three years; mustered in as private, Co. F, October 6, 1862; absent in hospital since June 24, 1863, at Fortress Monroe, Va., and at muster-out of company.

EARL, JOHN. - Private, Co. I, One Hundred and Forty-second Infantry; transferred to Co. C, this regiment, June 7, 1865; mustered out with company, July 19, 1865, at Raleigh, N. C.

EATON, JOEL W. - Age, 31 years. Enrolled, September 23, 1862, at Troy, to serve three years; mustered in as chaplain, October 6, 1862; discharged for disability, August 20, 1863, at Folly Island, S. C. Commissioned chaplain, November 10, 1862, with rank from October 11, 1862, original.

EATON, THOMAS B. - Age, 25 years. Enrolled at Troy, to serve three years, and mustered in as second lieutenant, Co. G, September 20, 1862; as first lieutenant, Co. D, January 22, 1863; as captain, July 20, 1864; discharged, November 3, 1864. Commissioned second lieutenant, November 10, 1862, with rank from September 20, 1862, original; first lieutenant, February 6, 1863, with rank from January 21, 1863, vice G. H. Gager resigned; captain, July 9, 1864, with rank from June 1, 1864, vice J. H. Allen promoted.

EDDY, GEORGE. - Age, 37 years. Enlisted, September 19, 1864, at Plattsburgh, to serve one year; mustered in as private, Co. H, September 19, 1864; absent, detached at draft depot, Hart's Island, New York Harbor, at muster-out of company.

EDGAR, GEORGE. - Age, 23 years. Enlisted at Thirtieth Congressional District, to serve three years, and mustered in as private, Co. F, March 13, 1865; mustered out with company, July 19, 1865, at Raleigh, N. C.

EDGE, LODERICK. - Age, 25 years. Enlisted, September 3, 1862, at Troy, to serve three years; mustered in as private, Co. B, October 6, 1862; no further record.

EDGERTON, GEORGE C. - Age, 33 years. Enlisted, March 9, 1864, at Troy, to serve three years; mustered in as private, Co. E, March 16, 1864; wounded, no date; died of his wounds, June 3, 1864, at hospital, Fort Monroe, Va.

EDMONSTONE, JAMES W. - Age, 24 years. Enlisted at Goshen, to serve one year, and mustered in as private, Co. H, September 17, 1864; deserted, October 3, 1864, at Chaffin's Farm, Va.

EDWARDS, JUSTIN. - Age, 28 years. Enlisted at Auburn, to serve three years, and mustered in as private, Co. D, March 2, 1865; mustered out with company, July 19, 1865, at Raleigh, N. C.
