NOTES from the submitter:

There is a newspaper obit attached to one of the pages, and also there are handwritten notes about the people who died. They are my relatives through the Samuel H. MIXTER line. Aside from the newspaper obit, the notations were made by Jessica K. MIXTER, my grand-aunt. I have a letter she wrote to me when I was 10 years old, and the handwriting is identical.

Newspaper obit (from the Troy Record?)
"BENTON - In this city, Aug. 31, 1902, Mrs. Catharine K. Benton, aged 81 years. Funeral from her late residence, No. 137 Congress Street, Wednesday, Sept 3, at 10 A.M. Friends invited to attend. Interment at Wynantskill."

Catharine and David WILSON were the parents of Elizabeth A. WILSON, who married Charles Frederic MIXTER (son of Samuel H. MIXTER, MD). Frederic C. MIXTER was a son of Charles and Elizabeth MIXTER and was a baby brother of John Frazee MIXTER and Jessica K. MIXTER. Susan WILSON LINDSAY was probably a daughter of David and Catharine WILSON.

Catharine K. Benton was the wife of Samuel H. MIXTER, MD and was the mother of Charles Frederic MIXTER. She married George BENTON on January 21, 1859.
