In the name of Lord Amen. I Ezra HICKOK of Lansingburgh in the County of Rensselear considering the uncertainty of this mortal life and being of sound mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following, that is to say, it is my request that the whole of my estate both real and personal at my decease be considered as divided into eleven equal shares, and of those eleven shares that two be given to each of my four sons, one share to my daughter Abigail, one other share to the heirs of my Daughter Electa, and that the remaining share be held by my four Sons as Trustees, to the use of my Daughter Matilda during her life and that at her death the said Share held in trust as aforesaid be secured to her children - divided nevertheless that if my said sons or a majority of them should think proper, they are hereby authorized to extend the whole or a part of the last aforesaid share on the proper maintenance of my said Daughter Matilda or on the education of her children -
