Mrs. Gordon Shaffer obituary
WHEREAS, God in his superior wisdom, has again visited Breakabeen Grange No. 767, March 23, 1933, and called our beloved sister, Mrs. Gordon Shaffer, to cease from earthly care and enter into eternal rest, we as members of Breakabeen Grange of which she was a faithful member, do
RESOLVE, That we yield obedience to our Master’s will assured that what is our loss is her eternal gain. She was a faithful shepherdess and gleaner in our order. Our hearts are touched with deepest sorrow as we recall the years of pleasant association. May we profit by the example she has set before us and so live that we may meet again in our home above.
RESOLVED, That our charter be draped in mourning for a period of thirty days, that a copy of these resolutions be published in our local papers and a copy sent to the bereaved husband with our deepest sympathy. – LeGrand Edwards, Mrs. Leland Chichester, Mrs. Mackey Smith, Com.
