Phineas Catlin
Catlins arrived in America in 1643.
John Catlin had son Theodore Catlin m. Mary Goodwin.
Theodore had son Judge Phineas Catlin (b. 1760) m. Sally Ross,
one of 1st settlers of Catharine, NY in 1792.
Phineas Sr. had son Phineas Catlin Jr. (b. 1795)
Phineas Jr. m. (1) Hannah Lee (dau of Israel, d. 1867) and
m. (2) Deborah Kimble in Nov. 1875 (dau of John Kimble, widow of Henry Kimble).

Henry B. Catlin
youngest son of Phineas Catlin Jr.
b. in Odessa, NY on Oct. 5, 1837.
Became Schuyler county sheriff in 1877.
Married Carrie C. Close on June 13, 1860 (of Tioga co., PA)
