Abraham Lawrence
b. June 1, 1818, son of Samuel Lawrence (who was son
of Jonathan).
Jonathan Lawrence was one of the partners in the Watkins
& Flint Purchase.
In July 1813, two sons of Jonathan (Samuel & Joseph)
settled in Catharine,
building the old homestead on the west side of Cayuta
Lake. Abraham Lawrence
had a sister, Mrs. Jane G. Campbell, wife of Adam
G. Campbell.
