The Schuyler co., NY Historical Society recently compiled a
Schuyler County History Book project.

Cookbook: The Schuyler Historical Society & Museum is also offering a Cookbook of
local recipes called "Generations" for $8 plus $2 shipping, if mailed.

Calendar:  They also have a 2004 Calendar for sale that features the artwork
of local artist Mary Hope Robinson (1915 -1993) which is available for $5 each.

* "History of Catharine, NY" - Updated by Carol Fagnan, Historian
Carol is the Town of Catharine Historian & has been collecting
items for the book for the past 10 years.
The 1945 version (by Cleaver) was updated with a lot of new material and photos.
Can be purchased via the Historical Society (above address) for about $40.
The book includes a lot of stories and lore about the inhabitants of Catharine.

and continued to write almost daily until just three months before his death.

I contacted her after waiting a full year for a birth certificate from the Dept. of Health
at Albany, but she can get them in a couple weeks.
