You can order on-line or thru the mail. Each order is produced
at the time of receipt of the order, so they don't have an inventory.
As a result, you may wait for the book about 12 weeks. They ship
overseas for a small additional cost (via surface mail) but expect to wait
another 4 weeks or more in addition to manufacturing time. The re-prints
are good-quality photo-copies, on acid-free paper, hard-bound if
requested. The quality of the re-print depends on the quality of
the original publication. Sometimes quality of photographs
is reduced.
