The deed to this cemetery dated 29 Mar 1852 from Jonathan M. & Joanna Walling to John M. Walling of Bath, NY.  Land in town 3, 2nd range, reserving graveyard in South West corner of said lot - Lot #3 west of meridian line-East of Main Road on line of lot #4.
