His obituary appeared on 4 Feb 2003 in the Watertown Daily Times of Watertown, Jefferson, NY, as follows: “Floyd H. Klock. Norfolk. The funeral for Floyd H. Klock, 42, of 59 S. Main St., will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Buck Funeral Home with the Rev. Joanna Loucky-Ramsey, pastor of First Baptist Church, Potsdam, officiating. Spring burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Edwards.
“Mr. Klock died Sunday morning of cancer at Canton-Potsdam Hospital, Potsdam, where he had been a patient since Jan. 20.
“Calling hours will be 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
“He served in the Marine Corps from 1980 to 1983 and was employed through Painters and Allied Trades International Union District Council 4, Local 38, Oswego.
“Born Aug. 23, 1960, in Gouverneur, son of Donald and Lucy Mullen Klock, he married Christina Lynn Collett on Oct. 28, 2000.
“Surviving besides his wife and his mother, Lucy Haynes of Norfolk, are two sons, Robert Clark and Donald John Klock, both at home, and a half sister, Esther Goodelle, Gouverneur.” He was buried in Fairview cemetery, Edwards, St. Lawrence, NY.
