She died on 26 Nov 2000 in Alexandria, Jefferson, NY. Her obituary
appeared on 28 Nov 2000 in the Watertown Daily Times of Watertown, Jefferson,
NY, as follows: Mildred M. Webber Cafeteria Worker. Alexandria
Bay. Mildred M. Webber, 77, of 47230 Dingman Point Road, died Sunday at her home.
Miss Webber was a cafeteria worker at Alexandria Central School and
had also lived and worked on the Henry Zimmer farm, Plessis, in her earlier years.
Born Aug. 5, 1923, in Cleveland, Ohio, daughter of Francis J. and Grace
Ritter Webber, she was educated in Buffalo and Alexandria Bay schools.
She was a member of St. Cyril's Altar and Rosary Society and the Alexandria
Bay Senior Citizens.
Surviving are a daughter, Cindy Chaltain, Alexandria Bay; a sister,
Mrs. John (Carol) Falsone, West Seneca, and two grandchildren.
Four brothers, Louis, Francis, Noel and William Webber, and a sister,
Florence Lankford, died before her.
A memorial Mass was to be said at 1 p.m. today at St. Cyril's Church
with the Rev. Thomas F. Driscoll officiating. The body was donated to science.
The family will receive friends at the home of her daughter following
the service.
