settled in Barryville owned a farm sold it ,moved to Pa.His wife Lettica
was either a Evans or Thomas from the same area.My ?? is how does one

St., Monticello, and in the 1930 census at 9 Osborn St., Monticello. I'd

John married Ellen McDevitt C.1858 several children most died before age

1873. Apparently attended St Peter's Catholic Church.

Catskill Trail

My BAXTER ancestors
after the Revoltion migrated out of CT to Delaware County NY. They
supposedly traveled via the "Catskill Trail".
Does anyone know the route of the Trail through the Catskills?
Is there any person or historic society that I can contact to find the
answer to my questions?
I am posting this question on the boards of Greene, Ulster, Orange,
Delaware and Sullivan counties.
