I am looking for information on William Lybolt (b 1815) and his brothers Daniel (b 1818) and Stephen (unknown birth date) . Brothers married Davis sisters, Frances and Susan respectively. William married Jane Reinhardt. They lived in Sullivan County in the towns of Mamakating and Bethel. Also trying to confirm possibly another brother, Calvin (b 1817 in NY State) who lived in Hardyston Sussex County, NJ in 1840, the same time that Daniel did. Daniel returned to Sullivan county and Calvin moved to Trumbull county, Ohio. Thanks.

I am looking for the parents of William (1815), Stephen, and Daniel L Lybolt(1818). I have some evidence to suggest Calvin Lybolt (1817) might also be a brother. In the 1810 Census for Mamakating there were two Laybolt's listed. I double checked to make sure it was L and not an S. Martin Laybolt had 2 males under age 10, one male 26-45, one female under 10, one female 10-16 and one female 26-45. JOhn Laybolt had 3 males under age 10, one male 10-16, one male 16-26, one male 45+, one female under age 10, one female 16-26, and one female 26-45. I was wondering if anyone had information on these Laybolts and could the Lybolt brothers I have listed be younger children of one of these two?

EDWARDS (Pat Berry) BENEDICT

I tried to reply to a post about EDWARDS by Pat Berry, but she has
changed e-mail addresses. I would love to exchange info with her or
anyone re: Clara or E. Claretta (depending on source) Edwards b. 1866 d.
1889. She married Henry Smith Benedict, who is my great-grandfather with
his second wife, Nellie Branning. Henry is buried, according to all
documentation (death cert, newspaper obit), in Kenoza Lake with wife
number one Clara. But I can't find a gravesite or burial record anywhere.
Even bribing cemetery workers has gotten me nowhere. I have a cousin who
remembers that the cemetery is near a hazelnut grove, but that tidbit
hasn't helped either. As near as I can figure out, Clara's parents were
Thomas Edwards 1844-1920 and Jane Gorton 1849-1934. Thomas' parents were
Dudley Edwards 1814-1892 and Ruth Gilbert 1814-1894.
