Washington Park, Troy, NY: Its Evolution and History

Once elegant row houses surround Washington Park in Troy, New York. Similar to Gramercy Park in NYC, Washington Park was laid out and surrounded in fence by . What started as land speculation is now one of only two privately owned urban ornamental parks remaining in the United States.
