- Born in 1755; lived in Schodack, Rensselaer Co., N.Y.; Corporal in Capt. Nicholas Staats' Co., Second Rensselaerwyck Battalion, 4th Regt., of Albany County, N.Y. Militia, organized in 1775, of which Kilian Van Rensselaer was Colonel.—Elbert Hall Kingsland.
