** Which TOWN in OTAGO? (compulsory):
A Town in Otago (that the Family that you are researching) lived in
**Suburb/Street/School? (compulsory):
A Suburb or Street that the Family lived in (of the above Town)or a School that the children went to

You can then leave any extra details in the appropriate boxes:

(**)Any breach of the above conditions, "Surnames Interest" and your entry may be removed by the ONZGW Project.
n.b. If their are multiple family names (to a maximum of five) you may use the [Any extra details of your "Surname Interests"] and [Are there any extra comments?] boxes for supplying extra details
