Born at Bethesda, North Wales. Passed away peacefully in Dorothy’s arms at
Atawhai Assisi Hospital, Hamilton on 24 November 2009 in his 96th
year.
Adored husband and best friend of
Dorothy for 60 loving years. Precious,
devoted and much loved dad, father-in-law, grandfather(Taid) and
great-grandfather of Glenys, Brian, Bryn, Nerys, Mike, Grace and Charys
(Williams), Bronwen, Stuart, Jason and the late Brett and Laura
(Inness), Sian,
Bill, David and James (Anamosa, USA).
Dad was blessed with extraordinary warmth and compassion, with a smile
that lit
up a room and won all hearts.
Our heartfelt
thanks for exemplary care, love and devotion that dad received while a
resident
in the Atawhai Assisi Hospital.
A service to celebrate Gareth’s life will be held at the White Rose
Chapel, 75
Cook Street, Hamilton on Saturday 28 November at 10.30am followed by
private
cremation. All communications c/-
