JENNIE L. SCOTT

Jennie L. Scott 87, of Lima died at 4:32 p.m. at St. Rita's medical Center.
 She was born Aug.25, 1903 in Wauseon , the daughter of Joseph and 
Sarah Rockhill Goldsmith. She was married to Steven J. Scott, 
who died Dec.13, 1959. Mrs. Scott was a member of the Lima Baptist Temple,
Gold Star Mothers, and Temple Golden Years. Survivors included five sons:
Alex Scott, Danny Scott, Perry Scott, and Steve Scott all of Lima, 
and George Scott of Dayton; four daughters Katherine Delph, Mary Maxwell, 
Helen Buchanan all of Lima, and Linda Yant of Glendale, AZ.;
23 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren;and three sisters, 
Mildred Benchoff of Wadsworth , Ruth Heil,and Dottie Goldsmith, 
both of Lima. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the West Wayne
Street Chapel
of Chiles and Sons-Laman Funeral Home, with the Rev Ronald B. Cannon
officating. 
Burial will be in Memorial Park. Friends may call 5 to 8 p. m. at the
funeral home today..
