LEON L. BOEDICKER

Ottawa- Leon Leroy Bodicker 69, died at 3:00 a .m. today at his home. He
was born
Jan.12, 1911 the son of Martin and Lena Van Meter Boedicker. 
On Sept. 12, 1942 he married the former Mary Schellenber ,who survives. 
Mr. Boedicker was a retired employee of Georgia Pacific Corp. He was a U.
S. Army
 veteran of World War II. He was a member of the Ottawa Post American
Legion. 
Survivors include a son Leon Boedicker Jr. at home; two daughters .Shirley
Boedicker 
at home and Joyce Boedicker. of Lima; a step-brother Clarence Rockhill of
Napoleon ;
five half brothers, Donald Rockhill of Lafayette, Beryl Boedicker, Charles
Boedicker, 
and James Boedicker of Monroe, Mich. and Mark Boedicker of Trenton Mich;
and 
two half sisters, Kathy Powell of Petersburg, MIch, , and Thelma Powell of
New Jersey.  
Services will be will be a 2:00 p. m.at the  La Point Funeral Home.
Rev. Marvin Armand officiating . Burial will be in Hartman Cemetery, Gilboa.
Friends may call after 7:00 p.m. Thursday and anytime Friday at the funeral
home.
