She married on Nov 12, 1930 to Ralph C. Zerbe Sr., who died Nov 24, 1991. Mrs. Zerbe owned Country Side Stitch and Sew. She had worked with her husband at Zerbe's Paint and Wallpaper Store. She was a member of Lafayette Congregational Christian Church, Women's Followship, Federation of Women's Club, and the Allen County Republican Party. She was past President of the Women's Republican Club. She was a former member and past president of Business and Professional Women, West Central Ohio Quilt Guild, Crafty Quilters Club, and Town and Country Quilt Club. She was a former member of Jackson Grange and Tri-County Club of Ohio. Survivors include a son Ralph C. Zerbe Jr.and special friend Mary Jane; daughter Shirley ( William) Roederof Lima; a sister Arbula ( Billie ) Greeno of Findlay, OH nephew and care giver Terry Lowe of Lima: 11 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren. Services will be at 11:00 a.m. at Chiles and Sons-Lamen Funeral Homes, Lewis Chapel. The Rev. Robert Brown will officate. Burial will be in the Lafayette Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today and 2 to 4 and 6 to 8p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home Memorial contributions maybe made to the Lafayette Congregational Christian Church or to the donor's choice.
