Rhoda, died at 7 p. m. Saturday at the home of her sister, Mrs. Catherine Lyle, 747 Brice-av with whom she resided. She had been ill about a year. Mrs. Rhoda was born in Lima. She was a member of the First Reformed church. In addition to her sister, she is survived by two brothers, Fred Snook, Lima, and Harry Snook, Covington, Ohio. Services will be held Tuesday at a time to be announced. Royal Albridge, 67, of 1645 W. High-st, who died Saturday in Memorial hospital following an extended illness, will be conducted at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Davis-Miller and Son cathedral chapel with Rev. A. M. Romig officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park cemetery. Albridge, an engineer at the Lima Locomotive Work, Ind. and a resident of Lima for the past 30 years, is survived by his widow, Nellie, and one daughter, Mrs. Chester Rover of Lima; four sons, Royal G. of Lima, Harold and John E., both serving with the armed forces, and Charles Lee of Baltimore, Md.; two brothers, Irving of Philadelphia, Pa., and Kenneth of Massachusetts. The body will remain at the late residence until time for services. *********************************************************************** The Lima Daily News (Lima, Ohio) 22 May 1914, Page 12 JOHN BLACK DIES AT ADVANCED AGE Funeral services in charge of Rev. F. A. Stiles will be held at the family residence at 9:00 Saturday morning over the body of John H. Black, who died at his home, 684 north Jackson street, at 1:40 Thursday afternoon from infirmities due to old age. Interment will be made at Ada. He was 71 years of age and had been a resident of Lima for 15 years. He was born in Perry county and saw service in the Civil war in Company C, 62nd O. V. L. He is survived by two sons, James and William, both of Lima; six daughters, Mrs. C. A. Davis, Mrs. R. R. Pugh, Mrs. R. O Porter, Mrs. Minnie Bondiker and Mrs. Harry Porter, of this city, and Mrs. J. C. Kawell, of Sandusky and five brothers.
