- German Evangelical Lutheran (Nazareth Lutheran) - .1 mile S from Chatfield Village on SR #4 on E side of rd.
- Haynes (Smith) (Mays Farm) - .5 mile W from Swabb Rd. #42 on SR #103 and approx. 225 ft S.
- Lust (Evangelical Pietist) - NE corner of the intersection of Carey Rd. #27 with SR #4 S from Chatfield Village.
- Moffett - .2 mile W from SR #4 on the N side of Brokensword Rd. #28.
- North Union (Brillhart) - 1.75 mile W from SR #4 on Craw.-Seneca Line Rd #14 to its intersection with Brillhart Rd. #131.
- Old Lutheran - S from Chatfield on SR #4, approx. .4 mile N from Orr Rd. #26.
- Windfall Lutheran - NW corner of the intersection of Windfall Rd. #64 with Brillhart Rd. #131.

- Unknown Burial - on the "Elsie M. Burkey" farm - a couple, names unknown, are buried. Sec. 1, T-18, R.21
