The Cleveland District Round Table is a discussion group of the leadership of the genealogical societies in the five-county district which includes Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Lorain, and Medina. It meets twice a year, Spring and Fall to exchange information on the happenings within their organizations. Some of the groups represented at these meetings, in addition to the Ohio Genealogical Society chapters, include religious, nationality, ethnic, locality, and computer interest groups. Sunday 15 October 2017 2:00-4:00 pm Brooklyn Genealogy Club presents Amanda Epperson who will present "Cluster Genealogy - A Useful Technique for Finding Elusive Ancestors" at the Brooklyn Library, 4480 Ridge Road, Brooklyn, Ohio 44144.

Wednesday 18 October 2017 6:30-8:30 p.m. Cuyahoga West Chapter, OGS. Author William G. Krejci presents “Buried Beneath Cleveland: Lost Cemeteries of Cuyahoga County,” in the Porter Room, Westlake Porter Public Library, 27333 Center Ridge Rd., Westlake. Krejci tracked down more than fifty displaced cemeteries throughout the Greater Cleveland area. In some cases, Revolutionary War veterans, famous scientists and illustrious dignitaries were found buried beneath gas stations and grocery stores.
