Volunteer Opportunity - Cuyahoga County Estate Files

Good News!!! Family Search has just contracted with Cuyahoga County Probate Court to image seventeen years of probate records. The complete collection will cover from the 1880's to 1935. A full time missionary couple will be imaging the records. We need volunteers to help prepare the documents for imaging. The project will take 2 or more years to complete. These paper documents need to be opened, staples removed, pages separated and flattened in preparation for the camera. There is a wonderful workspace in room #31 on the Ground floor of the Cuyahoga County Probate Court at 1 Lakeside, Cleveland, OH. We welcome help anytime, the project will be going on from 8:30 to 4:30 workdays from now to completion. It is not necessary but would be great if people would commit to help a day a month or a day a week.
