The Pension Office issued during the fiscal year just closed 151,658 pension certificates. The number issued during the preceding year was 145,292. Of the number Issued during the year just closed, 66,637 were original pensions, which is an increase of nearly 15,000 as compared with the number Issued during the preceding year.

No pension attorney in the State of Ohio has secured a greater number of pensions for the old soldier boys than E.G. Penn, of Amelia. His success has been simply marvelous. Hundreds of the old veterans to-day are enjoying a handsome allowance from the government secured at his hands. We take great pleasure in recommending Mr. Penn as one of the most efficient and successful pension attorney, in the country.

His work speaks for itself.
