 Submitting Family Group Sheets

 

Family Group Sheets may be downloaded for free from Ancestry.com.  Other types of charts may also be found for free on About.com

Most genealogy programs will create a varity of reports including Family Group Sheets

If you do not have a genealogy software program follow these instructions for submitting your Family Group Sheets.

The sample below is made for a family of 5 children. To simplify listing the Family Group Sheets and preventing duplication, the charts will be listed under the husband's surname.

If there is more than one spouse, please submit a Family Group Sheet for each.

Please email  and let me know before sending an attachment otherwise it will be deleted unread.
  • COPY AND PASTE the following chart into an email (jasche45133@gmail.com) and fill in the blanks.
  • Put all SURNAMES in capital letters.
  • DO NOT include LIVING PERSONS on these charts
  • Add any additional information in the area left for "notes".
  • I strongly encourage everyone to quote their sources in the notes area!
