June 6, 1977 Middletown Journal, Middletown, Ohio Rita Fay (Collins) Amburn FRANKLIN – Mrs. Rita Fay Amburn, 21, of 925 Turner Lane, died Saturday at 4:30 p.m. at Grandview Hospital, Dayton, during childbirth. The child also died. She is survived by her husband, Steven, one daughter, Candy, at home; her parents, the Rev. and Mrs. Fred Collins of Franklin; a sister, Mrs. Kathy Ledford of Middletown; and her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Lester Collins of Franklin and Mr. and Mrs. George Dunn of Rutledge, Tenn. Services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Highland Springs Missionary Baptist Church, Blaine, Tenn. with the Rev. Lester Byrd officiating. Burial will be in Sunrise Cemetery, Rutledge, Tenn. Visitation will be at the Eaton Funeral Home today from 3 to 6 and 7 to 9 p.m.
