Elsie [Weaver] BOWLING,
age 69, of Middletown, died Friday, December 25, 2009 at her
daughter's home in Hamilton. She was
born in Manchester, Kentucky on July 25, 1940 the daughter of Charlie
and Rhoda (Brumley) Weaver. She married Cecil Jones on
October 31, 1958 in Manchester, Kentucky. She was employed by Barbara
Park Nursing Home as a Nurse Aid for over 20 years. She is survived by
three daughters, Cynthia Baker, Theresa Webb and Stephanie Webb; one
son, Hobert Jones all of Hamilton, twelve grandchildren; fifteen great
grandchildren; three sisters, Louise Begley and husband Billy, Geneva
Shea and husband Joe, both of Hamilton and Gladys Hobbs of Manchester,
Kentucky. She was preceded in death by her parents, four children,
Geneva Jones, Fleicia Jones, Sheila Jones and Joseph Ray Jones; a
brother, Homer Weaver; three sisters, Lois Begley, Della Ruth Cupp and
Judy Weaver; and two grandsons; Justin Bowling and Joseph Wayne Baker.
Funeral service will be Tuesday, December 29, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at
Hamilton Assembly of God Church, 1940 West Elkton Road, Hamilton with
Pastor Larry Davis officiating. Burial will be at Butler County
Memorial Park. Visitation will be Monday, December 28, 2009 from 5-8
