Patsy Baker GOINS, age 90 of Hamilton passed away at Ft. Hamilton
Hospital on Saturday, January 16, 2010. She was
born in Manchester, Kentucky on
February 18, 1919 the daughter of Hugh and Lucy Baker. One of
Patsy's proudest accomplishments was receiving her high school diploma
at the age of 74 in 1993. She was formerly employed at several
groceries as a clerk and sample demonstrator. Patsy was an active
member of several area Churches of God. She is survived by three sons,
Gary (Georgia) Goins, Ronald Goins, and Douglas (Doris Jean) Goins and
many grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; four
brothers, Broadus, Carson, Lambert, and Pearl Baker; and two sisters,
Bessie Hess and Hazel Hubbard. A graveside funeral service will be
held at Rose Hill Burial Park on Wednesday, January 20, 2010 at 11:00
AM with Rev. Jacob Flannery officiating.
