Ethel W. GREEN, age 87 formerly of Springboro and Dayton passed away Monday, July 17, 2006 at Middletown Hospital. Ethel has resided at Garden Manor Retirement Village for the past several years. She was born Feb. 17, 1919 in Pendleton County, KY the daughter of John and Effie (Blackburn) Wagner. She was preceded in death by her husband Bryce and her parents. She formerly worked for Delco and Sears in Dayton. She was a member of Springboro United Church of Christ. She is survived by her daughters, Carolyn Rigg of Butler, KY, Dolores "Dee" Benbow of Springboro and Esther (Thomas) Henderson of Middletown, 6 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandson. She also leaves her sisters; Lena Wells and Jean Lach of Falmouth, KY and Mary Yelton of Erlanger, KY, and a sister in law Euleta "Babe" Angell of Dry Ridge, Ky. Funeral services will be Thursday 11:00 am at the Anderson Funeral Home 40 N. Main St. Springboro, with the Rev. Terry Carlisle officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday 5 - 8 pm. PASSED AWAY
  Mr. John Green passed away at his home on Tenth street at 8 a.m. today aged 36 years. He leaves a wife and mother to mourn the loss of a loving husband and son. The body will be shipped to Lexington, Ky., tomorrow morning at 5 o’clock where the burial will be made.
