Vida Williams GREGORY, age 80 of Hamilton passed
away at Hillandale Health Care on Friday, March 24, 2006
at 2:43 AM. She was born in Wagersville, Kentucky on May
1, 1925 the daughter of Solomon and Talitha (Lunsford)
Wells. She is survived by three sons, Bill (Cindy)
Williams of Fairfield, Bob Williams of Hamilton, and
Steve (Donna) Williams of Hamilton; three daughters,
Loretta (Jerry) Lacey of Hamilton, Faye Hall of
Fairfield, and Kathleen (Gary) Oberer of Fairfield; two
brothers, Arthur (Geri) Wells of Cincinnati and Bill
(Wanda) Wells of LaFollette, Tennessee; two sisters,
Jewell (Rick) Alston of Bradenton, Florida and Virginia
(Alan) Young of Hamilton; eight grandchildren, Rodney,
Tamberly, Robin, Bobbi Jo, Christian, Heather, Toby, and
Joshua; and fifteen great-grandchildren. She was
preceded in death by her parents; son, Jerry Wayne
Williams; three brothers, Vinson, Roy, and Fred Wells;
and five sisters, Goldie Tabler, Sylvia McKinney, Bertha
Miller, Lena Jennings, and Edna Koates. Funeral Service
will be held at the Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 1350
Millville Avenue, on Monday, March 27, 2006 at 2:00 PM
with Pastor Thomas Sawhook of Fellowship Bible Church
officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Monday from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM
at the funeral home.
