Cuba Barker HALL, age 74, of
Middletown, passed away Monday, December 7, 2009, at Rittenhouse
Senior Living of Middletown. She was born September 2, 1935, in
Frenchburg, KY to Alvin and Sarah Nina (Langworthy) Barker. Cuba was
a member of Breiel Blvd.Church of God and an alumnus of Middletown
High School in 1953. She was preceded in death by her parents;
husband, Delmar Lee Hall on September 15, 2008; son, Daryl Ray Hall
on February 7, 2009; brothers, Victor Raymond Barker, Clayton Alvin
Barker, and infant brother, William Andrew Barker. Cuba is survived
by her loving family, including her children, Cheryl (Pete George)
Wyatt, Sharon Hall, Karen (Bill) Jones, Caryl (Edward) Schaefer;
grandchildren, Alydia and Adysen Schaefer, Brook Anderson;
daughter-in-law, Heidi Hall; brother, Delbert (Jean) Barker; nephew,
Delbert Barker, Jr. Visitation will be held Thursday, December 10,
2009, from 5:00-7:00 PM at Baker-Stevens Funeral Home. A Celebration
of Life Service will follow at 7:00 PM at the funeral home with Rev.
Eric Newell officiating. A Committal Service will be held Friday,
December 11, 2009, at Woodside Cemetery at the convenience of the

Jessie (Marcum) HALL, age 83, of
Hamilton, died Friday, March 27, 2009 at Berkeley Square Health
Care. She was born July 6, 1925 in Clay County, Manchester,
Kentucky, the daughter of Henry and Sylvania (Spurlock) Marcum. She
was a graduate of Lynch High School and received her Bachelor of
Education from Miami University in Oxford. She was a school teacher
in Clay County, Kentucky School District and then in the Hamilton
City Schools for 33years retiring in 1986. She married White C. Hall
in Hamilton, Ohio. Jessie was a member of the East River Road
Baptist Church in Fairfield. She is survived by two sons: Daniel W.
Hall and wife Karen of Hamilton, Mitchell D. Hall of Cincinnati,
Ohio; a daughter, Sarah M. Hall of Atlanta, Georgia; three
grandchildren, Shandon Stewart, Clayton Hall and Katherine Grace
Hall; two Great Grandchildren, Timothy Stewart and Lorelai Hall. She
was preceded in death by her parents, husband, four brothers, Taylor
Marcum, William Marcum, Lester Marcum and Walter Marcum; three
sisters, Edna Smith, Clara Walker and Mabel Feltner. Funeral service
will be on Monday, March 30, 2009 at 2:30 p.m. at Rose Hill
Mausoleum Chapel with Pastor Tim Smith Officiating. Burial will be
in Rose Hill Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the
American Cancer Society, 2808 Reading Road, Cincinnati, Ohio

Kathleen HALL, age 85, of Middletown, Ohio passed away
Thursday, November 30, 2006 at Garden Manor. She was
born Dec. 13, 1920 in West Liberty,
KY to Edgar and Edith DeBord. She was preceded in death by
her parents and husband Everett Hall. She is survived by her
daughter, Sue Moore of Middletown, OH; sons, Scottie (Dianne) Sands
of Trenton, OH and Eddie (Vickie) Hall of Middletown, OH; 5
grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Visitation will be Friday,
December 1, 2006 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at Baker-Stevens Funeral Home.
A celebration of life service will be held Saturday, December 2,
2006 at 10:00 am at the funeral home with Jerry Minor officiating.
Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery. Condolences may be sent to

William Hall
William Hall a well known resident of Middletown, answered the final
summons from his home on East First street yesterday afternoon. The
deceased who was 49 years of age is survived by four daughters and one
son and two sisters in England and to all the deepest sympathy of all is
being extended.
The funeral services will be held Saturday morning at 10 o'clock and
interment in charge of Undertaker McCoy will be made in
Calvary Cemetery |
