December 17, 2006 Hamilton Journal, Hamilton, Ohio
Clarence HOUSE, age 85, passed away December 12, 2006 in
Sunrise, Florida. A native of Wolf County Kentucky, he grew up with
eleven brothers and sisters in Hamilton, Ohio. After serving 5 years
in the US Army during WW II he settled his family in Middletown.
Grace House, his beloved wife of 63 years passed away in August. The
father of two boys, his eldest, David Eric, currently lives in
Middletown, and his younger son, Darrell Keith, resides with his
family in Plantation, Florida. Clarence retired from The Inland
Container Corporation, and spent his final years living in both
Middletown and South Florida where he enjoyed the company of his 5
grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and 1 great, great
granddaughter. To relax, he played guitar and harmonica and was
always willing to share an old song. Clarence loved his family, his
friends, music and a good joke. His strength and quiet gentleness
will be missed by all who knew him.
