Charles Seiwert
    LEBANON - Charles E. Seiwert, 63, of 2396 Phillips Road, died yesterday at Bethesda (Base) Hospital, Cincinnati.
Mr. Seiwert was a test lab technician for the Department of Transportation Ohio District 8.  He was a World War II veteran.
    Survivors include his wife, Katherine; his father, Anthony P. of Cincinnati; and a brother, Anthony J. of Cincinnati.
    Services will be 11 a.m. Friday at the Oswald Funeral Home, with the Rev. Leander Schweitzer officiating.  Burial will be in Lebanon Cemetery.
    Friends may call at the funeral home tomorrow from 6 to 9 p.m.
