Hamilton Journal-News, Hamilton, Ohio WAGERS, Felix Age 86 of Winchester, KY died Friday January 27,2006 at his home. Born in Meniffee County, he was the son of the late Able and Rebecca Wagers. He was a retired carpenter, a life member of VFW Post No 2728 and an Army veteran in the Pacific Theater where he served in the Battle of Guadalcanal. Survivors include a daughter and son in law, Norma and Bill Butner of Oxford, Ohio, son and daughter in law, Felix and Darlene Wagers Jr. of Winchester, KY. 12 grandchildren; Paula (Bryan) Sizelove, Virginia (Chuck) Anderson, Vickie Butner, Carolyn (John) Howard, Paul (Stephanie) Jones, Jr., Rob Jones, Felix (Barb) Wagers, Michele Wagers, Mike (DI) Wagers, Melissa (Brad) McGlosson, Jason Lewis, Deanna McIntosh. great grandchildren, Joshua (Jordan), Jeremiah, Robert, Bryan, Jackie (Samantha), Becca, Tiffany, Philip, Amber, Amber C., Justin, William, Malissa, Daniel, Justin, Mason, Felix, Kyle, Kayla, Cristopher and one more greatly anticipated great-grandchild due in July, 2 great great grandchildren, Gavin and Emma. Several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by Mae Turner, and 1 sister, 1 brother. Services were held on January 30, 2006 in KY. Burial followed in the American Veterans Cemetery in Stanton, KY, Pallbearers were Felix's grandsons and great grandsons. |
