Clarice WILLOUGHBY,  age 98, of Middletown, died Wednesday, November 29, 2006, at Willow Knoll Retirement Community. She was born in Menifee County, Kentucky on May 13, 1908 to parents Robert L. and Ida F. (Gibson) Egelston. Clarice was preceded in death by her husband, Lemon Willoughby; her parents; and three sisters, Fannie Cannoy, Flora Dennis, & Nannie Trimble. She is survived by one daughter, Norma Shepherd of Franklin; three grandchildren, Gary (Deborah) Shepherd of Franklin, Beth (Kenny) Javer of Mutual, and Danny (Barb) Shepherd of Franklin; 5 great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren. Funeral Service will be held Saturday, December 2, 2006 at 11:00 am at Wilson Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd. (at Bonita Dr.), Middletown, with Reverend Richard Casey officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service from 10:00 – 11:00 am at the funeral home. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of donor's choice.
