SEVENTY FIVE BURIALS
Were Made in Woodside Cemetery During 1904
    The report of the number of interments in Woodside Cemetery for the year ending Dec. 31, 1904, has been filed with the cemetery directors by J. N. Lanier, the Superintendent.
    The number of original interments was 65. Number of removals from other cemeteries was 10. 4 from Middletown cemetery, 3 from Greenwood at Hamilton, 2 from Red Lion, 1 from Lebanon.
    Number males interred, white, 35
    Number of female interred, white 31
    Number of males interred, colored 4
    Number females interred, colored 5
    Total 75

NEW FORESTERS COURT
Was Organized with Charter of Thirty Names
The new court of the Independent Order of Foresters was organized in this city last night.
The meeting was held in the Senior Mechanic's hall, where the court was instituted by W. G. Philips, deputy state organizer, of Cleveland.
Excello Court starts out with a charter membership of thirty and bright and prospects for a large increase soon.
The officers elected and installed are as follows:
Chief Ranger, Wm. Sebald.
Vice Chief Ranger, Owen Bannon.
Past Chief Ranger, Alvin Powell.
Financial Secretary, Wm. Augspurger.
Recording Secretary, Homer Lamphier.
Treasurer, George Velte.
Court Physician, Bryan Sharkey
January 13, 1905 Friday  The Daily Signal, Middletown, Ohio
Presented With A Fine Gold Watch
    O. C. Lamphier who was instrumental in obtaining the charter list for Excello Court, I. O. F., which was organized Wednesday night, was presented with a fine gold watch by the instituting officer, W. G. Philips. The watch case was engraved with the picture of an India (sp?) Chief.
    The new court will hold its next meeting in Mechanics hall next Friday evening, when a class of candidates will be initiated.

January 13, 1905 Friday  The Daily Signal, Middletown, Ohio
    Miss Francis Singer and John H Lummis witnessed Otis Skinner's portrayal of The Harvester at the Victoria Theater in Dayton last evening.
