Will Enter Hospital
Mr. Henry Seegar, who has been suffering with a
tumor under his eye for the past month, and who has suffered much in the
past two months went to Cincinnati today to enter Dr. Vail's Hospital,
where he will have an operation performed on the eye. Dr. Wm. Kellar will
have charge of this case. The many friends of the stricken man hopes the
he will come out of his troubles in a short time and be back to his
family. |

PROBATE COURT
Henry Erb, executor of the estate of Jane Marston,
deceased has filed a first and final account showing the receipts and
disbursements to have been &19,797.20
Joseph A Schrock has been appointed administrator of the
estate of Lester R Schrock and has given bond in the sum of $2,000
with W. C. Shepherd and J. E. Criser as sureties.
Joseph A. Schrock has also been appointed guardian of
Martin P. Schrock, a minor and as given bond in the sum of $200
with the same sureties.
Caroline Thiemann has been appointed administratrix of
the of the estate of William H. Thiemann, deceased and has given
bond in the sum of $2600 with Peter Schwab and Albert Hossfeld
as sureties.
Katharine Haizman as administratrix of the estate of
Scholastica Menzer, deceased, has filed a first and final account
showing the receipts and disbursements to have been $600.49. |

Barnett on Trial
The hearing of the charge against William Barnett of this
city, for illegal fishing was heard in Hamilton before Squire Hughes this
morning. There were quit a number of witnesses down to testify in the
case.
A Dinner
In honor of the coming nuptials of Mr. John Tytus and Miss
Marjorie Denny, Mr. Ed Gardner will give a dinner Friday evening.
Condition Critical
The condition of Samuel Crane is such that but little hope is
entertained for his recovery. His family and friends feel that the end is
near and many are the expressions of regret that are head on every hand. |

Will Be Married
Mr. Harry Augspurger and Miss Bertha Yost will be joined in
the holy bonds of matrimony tomorrow afternoon at the home of the brides
parents west of this city.
Lost or Stolen
Samuel Farnsworth had two horses either stolen or strayed
away from the field last night. They were found near Germantown this
morning where a farmer discovered them and turned them over to the
constable.
Chamberlain - Hensey
This evening at half past seven o'clock in the parlors of the
brides home on Crawford street, Miss Bertha Hensey, the pretty
accomplished daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Hensey will be married to Mr.
Earl J. Chamberlain by Rev. J. D. Nisewonder in the presence of the
immediate families and a few friends of the contracting couple.
After the ceremony the young couple will leave for a two
weeks honeymoon, after which they will be at home to their friends in this
city.
Goes to Hamilton
Mr. Al Stricker has accepted a position with Thomas Conner of
Hamilton as a mixerologist. He will take his new position this evening and
his many friends wish him success.
Farewell Reception
The Misses Sarah and Pearl Smith of Tytus avenue last evening
entertained Mrs. Wm. Eminger and the members of her Sunday school class in
honor of Mrs. Eminger who will leave tomorrow morning on a visit to her
brother in Emporia, Kansas. The evening was pleasantly spent in music and
games and a pleasant time as enjoyed by all, who had the good fortune to
be present. |
