on tusd i washed my curtings.

20. on Wed ironed and fixed my cap

21. thurs i went to hilsbor and bought two new caps and set with Hannah till three oclock in the Day and then returnd

22. on frid put up my curtings.

23. on Sat. i spun 4 cuts of thread. Mr. Harris haas ben sick we could not go to the assoseation on Satterday

24. on Sun we went to Mr hayes to the Soseation and heard many hoursfull far more from diferent parts of the (possibly scriptures) Sabeth Day and munday

25. on Mun we returned home from the assocation with brother Lemon and
brother Jans  they stayd all night

26. on tues we went with those brothers to hilsbur to hear Mr. Tompson
preach

27. on Wed i spun 7 cuts of the (???)

28. on thurs spun 7 cuts of toe card

29. on frid i

30. on Sat i carded and spun 3 cuts and  (???) some   went to see Mrs Smith she is quite unwell
August 31 we went to Joel Beremens to socity  there came a hard shower while we were there

September ninth month. 30 days

1. on Mon carded for my self and spun three cuts of on the little wheel

2. on tues spun seven cuts of toe and card for Selina to spin toe cuts on
the little wheel

3. wed i spun toe on the big wheel seven cuts and carded for Selina to 3

4. thurs  spun 12 cuts of wooll chain  sick this evening  i go to bed before night

5. frid  i washed scrubed washed Dishes and go to bed sick before night
plesent

6. Sat  i spun 12 cuts  washed the Dishes  morning and noon and salted my
butter  cleaned my churn and all my crocks and ironed the close i washed the Day before and mended till ten oclock  rain

7. Sun  it rains this morning  i am at home to Day  read 15 or 16 chapters and so

8. Mun  i spun 8 cuts wool  Mr Shaw and wife came hear this morning with
Johnathan and Joel beriman and wife and spent the Day with us

17. Wed  spun 11 cuts wool  went up to see polly Smith  came home and got
supper  cut out the babe a shirt and ???

dishes  pair appels til nine then sat up til 11 oclock and back an oven of bread  pleasent

19. frid  quite unwell  i mend a little and lye a bed a littel to Day ate my super in bead not abbel to git up

20. M. Ford quite unwell  i mended a little  cut out a pare of shirts for myself and sow a littl on them  a pleasent night

21. Sun. i am not well to Day  not abbel to go to meting to Mrs gossets to day   i sow Mrs Filses twins to Day  Johnathan Bereman departed this life in an unexpectd time to his friends  the last word he said was Lord have mercey on me  then left this troblsom world

22. on Mun i got brakefast helped washed the Dishis  run up my milk  then
went to the furnarl of Mr Bereman   Mr White preached from the hundread and third psalm 15 verce as for man his Days is as grass

23. on tusd i spun 8 cuts to Day of fine theread, quite unwell to Day  wash Dishes this evening and pare appels till nine o clock  plesent

24. wed  spun 12 cuts to Day  went to see ant hannah this evening and stay all night  Sarah Sperry is very sick

25. to Day thursday  spun 8 cuts went to Joel beremans this evening  Sued on my shirt and this evening also took up our hunny  there was but a little 26. on Frid  washed and did the work and scrub and soed a littel to night

27. on Sat  spun fore cuts iorned some then went to Ruben Sheperds to churchmeting  recieved Mr Pangburn in to our church by letter  which i hope will be a long and lasting blesing to us and to him sefl alot  i stay al night my head akes so bad i ???

1. on wed Did the hous work  spun 8 cuts  Seline helped me  the girls is
pulling beans all this week  it is very plesent

2. on thur. i Did the hous work in the morning  Did a baking in the fore
noon also then went to Mrs Wood, the meting  the preas did not come

mended a little   my finger is sore

12. Sab  i go to new market to hear Mr white   cald to se Saly Spery and
betsy spery  she is very sick.

28. Tus  i spun 10 cuts and mend in the eve

30. thur  spun 11 cuts and finished my linen chain and boild it out this

November  eleventh month 1823 now gloomy - tis to cast my eie around and
see the leaves a foling to the ground

 
1. Sat i finished my shurt thread and then some stocking yarn and dip my
candels 10 lb  mendid some and nit some

2. on Sabeth i am at home  there is no meting to Day  it is very cold  froze hard last night   winter is coming apace

3. Mun  i got up at fore oclock and sised my lincy peace and finis  spooled my time a nough for Mr Harris to warpe it  and nit this evening

4. tus  put in my peace wove one yd  nit in the evening  it is warm

5. Wed  i wove three yd  Mr Dun came hear this afternoon  i nit on horrises sock this evening  warmer

6. thur  i wove seven yd of my lincy  i quit at 4 oclock  Mr Gosset came
this evening  he is unwell

7.  Frid  i wove 8 yards  it is plesent

8. Sat i wove 6 yard  then got supper for the famely  nit a little

9. Sab we went to mr woods to society  very plesent to Day

10. on Mund got out my lincy peace then soed in the evening  it rained

11. tues  i cut out Oliver panteloons and soed on them and boild my sope
a little cold

12. Wed  cut out horrises a paier of panteloons and finished olivers and cut out Selinas frock  Mr Shurburn came hear to Day and eat diner and then took a long faire well expresing to oliver to his old land again if the lord wills

13. thurs  nit and sow sum and so forth

14. Elize and i washed and scrubd   nit some

15. Sat i am quite sick with a paine in my back  not abell to set up in the morning but in the afternoon i was abel to go to the school hous to church meting  they concluded up on a spot for a meting hous given by brother goset

16. on Sun i was at the school hous to meting  brother lemon and brother
pangvurn preachd and broke bread to the bretheren  it was a grealell(?) time

17. Mun  i washd some and fixd my things for my jorney  i set up late to
night

18. tus  i ris half after too and got brakefast fix the chldren  Horris and  Seline and started for batavia before son rise  it was very cold  we got to our jorney end by seven in the evening  i was quite unwell that night

19. Wed i traded with Joseph a littl  bought some cups plates one spider (?) and then took Seline to brother Tibbets for her to keep.

20. on thur returned back to batavia fixed our things for home  i was quite unwell this evening the nabours came in to see me an our or so

21. Frid  i took my love of my nabours and children and started for home but did not git home to night  it was so dark we put up at Abraham medskers i was quite unwell  gray kickd up and braked her gearz

22. Sat i started from abraham medskers by Sun rise  got home  found all
well  i helped wash the enberd and dishes then went up to Mr Duns to take
her things i made my apron this evening sued a little

23. Sab i went to joel berremans to Society he was quite sick to Day

24. on Mun i made hosea a waste cote

25. on tus washed it was a very rainy Day

26. Wed  i Did the hous work and iorned  the girls went to hilsborough to
Day

Dec 1

on Mun I warped my cotten pece and woolin pece  put my cotten one
through the gears  very cold to day

2. on tus put in my peace and wove four yard  it had five cuts to the yd

3. on Wed i wove a yard and a half in the fore noon and at 10 oclock went
down to ant hannahs and spent the day   I nit

4. on thu wove 8 yard and is half  and got out my peacs of nit in the
evening
5. on frid  I washed and then went up to see Mr Gosset  he is very sick

6. Sat made Hozea a flannen Shirt and put a coller. to his fathery and mend

7. Sab  i went to Joels beremans to hear Mr White   his tem(?theme) was this
it is god that justifyeth   warm to Day

8. on Mun I got up before Day and nit a little and write a little and did
the hous work and pickd my course wool  Mrs Chichester and famely and doe
Meraul came here this evening  bound to new york  it was a fine Day but warm

9. on tus I did the hous work and spun some cors wool for my carpet  Sno

10. on Wed I Did the hous work and cullard my veal  it is a very good culler

11. on thur I did the work and then some filing for my blanket  i carded it

came here to diner  we all went to bro gossets to church meting  brother

21. Sabeth we all went to brother gossets to meting  brother pangburn and
brother lemon preachd  bro p preach from first appistel of John IV and 14

22. Mun i cut out Stilman a pare of trowsers and cut and made him a waist

25. on Thus Br Sand and wife Br Ruben and Wife came hear to Day   Mary and Masen went to Singing scool  i Did the work to Day   a mistre was reveled to me which i never thought   this evening we went up to Mr Gosset and staid all night with him

26. on frid i Did hous work and soed on hoseas coat  Mary and Stilman and
robert went to hilsborough  it is plesent

27. on Sat I finnishd Hosea coat at nine oclock  then i soed some and washd the Dishes and scrubed and i went to bed at eleven oclock  very warm to night

28. on Sab i went to brother Gossets in the morn  he was alying   he died in the tryumphs of faith  he said he did love his dear redemer  he has ben in gaged in religeon this year past and has spoke in our metings frequently by the way of exortation and often remind us of the shortness of time and that  Death was near at hand   it is plesent to Day

29. on Mun I spould on my flanen peece in the fore noon  then went to the
buring of Mr Gosset i came home and finished spooling my flaning plesent to Day

30. tus  put in my peas in the fore noon and did hous work in the afternoon

31. on Wed I Did the hous work and finesd meet for mins pies in the evening spun and dubeld and twisted tu cuts of stocking yarn this Day ends the year hanah came hear this evening  it raind

Jan 1 on thus i did the hous work and helped make my pies  it raind very
fast all day and very warm

2. on frid i workd about the hous and nit on Stilmans stocking  it raind to Day also

3. on Sat I Did the hous work and cild a turkey and boild my sope over and helped take up our flax   it was very warm in deed  finidhd Stilmans Socks and iorned some

5. on Mun  I Did the hous work and broke 2 or 3 lb of wool and made my
petycoate

6. on tus  I Did the work and washed scrubd and carded ? in the evening and spun

7. on Wed  Did the hous work  spun Stocking yarn and spun some weak yarn and diped 16 lb of candels  finished by seven  plesent

8. on Thur  i Did the hous work and spun on my stocking yarn  we churned 8 lb of butter this evening  warm  nit also

9. on Frid  I Did the work and spun on my stocking yarn  very warm in deed at this time

10. on Sat i Did the work about the hous and iorned and spun and helped

11. on Sun there was no meting to Day  it has rained 3 or 4 Days very warm 12. on Mun i Did the hous work and nit a little then went to Mrs Smiths and cut her out a frock  very warm in deed

13. on tus we cild our hogs  i boild out my sope fat  it was so warm that we had to open our back Doer this evening

14. on Wed i was quite sick  i lye a bed a parte of the Day  I nit a little Mr Smith and Wife came hear this eve with May Dun and Mary ann

15. on Thus i nit in the fore noon and in the after noon cut out Stilmin a round about and the babe a frock and workd on them in the evening  quite un well in this evening

16. on frid  I soed in the fore noon then bakd pitoe bread and pies in the evening  finish Stilman round about

17. on Sat I found in the fore noon at 11 oclock Mr Pangb and Lemon came

hear with the breathern for church meeting  brother Lemen opened the meting by prayer

18. on Sun Mr Pang preachd at our hous from 1st Cor XV & 35 then Mr Laymon preachd  brother Gossett pirer and from John XI & 28 and Jesey said

19. on Mun ? part of Mrs martings peas  it was very rotten and made a
blanket and made a pair of trousers very cold in deed

20. on tus i and Stilman went to Mrs Woods to git Stil great coat cut i maid all night

21. i went to ruben Shepards in the morning and staid all Day and workd on Stilmans coat  came home and nit at night  it was moderated a littel to Day

feb 1 on Sab i was at home   very cold

2. on Mun i spun 4 cuts of thread and Dubled it and twisted it and 6 cuts of
stock and in the evening soed on Stilman grate cote

3. on tus  finishd Stilman cote and cut out my frock and made the scirt and sleves

4. on Wed  finishd my frock cape

5. on thus  spun a pair of stocking for my and carded for my self  warm

6. on frid  spun in the fore noon and ant bery came here this fore noon and Mrs Mart  i finish carding my wool in the evening

7. on Satt  finish my stocking yarn and bakd beans in the evening and fixd Olivers shirt

8. on Sab we all went to bro Sand to singing scool and reading
9. Mun  spun 12 into flax chain  plesent

10. tus  i spun 11 cuts  had  Singing school in the evening  Mrs Holmns was the techer

May 1 on Sat I mended all Day  this week spun 5 scains  plesent

2. on Sab no meting  i was at home  oliver is quite sick to Day  very sick

3. on Mun spoold and warp my pen with the help of Mrs Harris  i went to bed as  soon as Dark

4. on tus  i put in my pece and wove one yd and a half on my shurting  it is very good

5. on We  wove 4 yd and a half and went to Brother Shep in the after noon
She is quite sick

6. on thursDay wove 6 yd and made points of my quills

7. on fri  made quills for Oliver  wove 01 yd and washed blankets and culerd  colers

8. on Satt  wove 7 yd and mended till 11 oclock at night

9. on Sab  no meting  we went to Brother Woods and spent this Day

10. on Mun  wove 7 yd and made parte of my quills  plesent

11. on tus  wove too yd and three quarters  got out my pece at eleven oclock in the after noon and made Stillman a pair of trousers

12. on Wed  did hous work  cut out robert a frock and made parts of them  Mr Marting famely was all here

13. on thu baked twice  did wash  Martings famely was here  planting with
all our famely

14. on fri finish roberts frock and did trousers and did some hous work
