Joseph Gaskill whose place of business is located at No. 11 West Main street. as an accomplished caterer Mr. Gaskill brings into requisition that previous experience with this business and public affairs as to insure his ability to meet, in all respects, the public needs. He was for some years proprietor of the Highland House, in this city, and established his present place in January, 1892, as successor to Mr. P. Work. First class warm meals will be served to transient guests and regular boarders at regular hours, with special meals to order at all hours. A fine lunch room is kept open until late each evening, and good lunch, with hot coffee, tea and milk, may be had at all times. Oysters and ice cream always in their season by the dish or quart. This is the only house in the city with special ice cream parlors, which are nicely furnished, on second floor. Special dinners or suppress will be served for parties, lodges, societies, balls, etc., at reasonable rates; and in the bakery department choice bread, cakes, etc., are always on hand, and fine cakes are put up to order for parties, weddings or festivals.
