Mary Eleanor Arnott
Mary Eleanor Arnott, 77, of Hillsboro, died Sunday, Oct. 30, 2011 at
The Chapel Grove Inn in Heath.
She was born June 10, 1934 in New Market Township, the daughter of the
late Oliver and Marmo (Bare) Harris.
Mary Eleanor was a member of the Fall Creek Friends Church, where she
was the pianist and organist for 50 years.
On June 27, 1954 she was united in marriage to [omitted], who survives.
She is also survived by a daughter and son-in-law, [omitted]; two sons
and daughters-in-law, [omitted]; eight grandchildren,[omitted]t; one great-grandson, [omitted]; two sisters-in-law and a
brother-in-law, [omitted]; who Mary Eleanor and Gordon
raised, as a daughter.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 2 at the
Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro. Burial will follow in the
Greenfield Cemetery.
Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
The family requests memorials to the Fall Creek Friends Church.
