Wanda Faye Bailey Wanda Faye Bailey, 61, of Hillsboro, died Friday, August 31, 2007 at her residence. She was born in Dayton on Oct. 27, 1945, the daughter of the late Roy and Bertha (Wogoman) Koeller. She was a member of the Hillsboro Bible Baptist Church, and former member and treasurer of the United Brethren in Christ Church at New Lebanon. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, Roy, Gilbert, Gerald Koeller and a baby boy; sisters, Emma May, Clara Aberle, Helen Roberts, Catherine Danley, Dorothy Koeller, Zelda Koeller, Virginia Marsden and Francis Thiele. She is survived by her husband, [omitted], whom she married on Nov. 27, 1965; son and daughter-in-law, [omitted]; grandson, [[omitted]; granddaughter,  [omitted]; brother, [omitted] ; sisters, [omitted] ; and a sister-in-law,  [omitted] Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 5 at the Hillsboro Bible Baptist Church with Dr. Dan Lamb and the Rev.
