Chester G. Wyatt


Chester G. Wyatt age 70 of Hillsboro died Friday evening, April 8, 2005 at the Clinton Memorial Hospital. He was born February 5, 1935 in Hamilton, Ohio the son of the late Robert and Lula Hammonds Wyatt.

Mr. Wyatt was a retired U. S. Air Force T/Sgt with twenty-one years of dedication to our country serving in the Korean and the Vietnam Wars. After his retirement from the Air Force he worked as a supervisor for the C. S. Bell Company until it’s closing. He was a Disabled American Veteran and a Life Member of the VFW Post 14000.

He is survived by his wife, Joyce Wyatt, whom he had married on March 11, 1955 in Liberty, Indiana, daughters and sons-in-law,[names omitted], thirteen grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, [names omitted] and sister and brother-in-law, [names omitted].

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Chester L. Wyatt and two brothers, Robert Wyatt Jr. and Bill Wyatt. Services will be held 7:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Turner & Son Funeral Home in Hillsboro. James House, Associate Pastor of Browns Chapel Baptist Church in New Miami, Ohio will officiate. The Highland County Honor Guard will present military honor's  following the service at the funeral home on Tuesday evening. Friends may call on Tuesday from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Turner & Son Funeral Home in Hillsboro.
