I am looking for information on the following people:  John and Esther/Hester FIRTH They were last listed on the 1880 census.  They died as follows: John in 1889 and Esther/Hester in 1886.  On the 1870 census they had two males, Benjamin age 34 and John age 11 living with them.  Looking for descendants of these people. I am from their son, George who married Emily ASHMAN, dau of James and Ann PARFITT ASHMAN. James died about 1873leaving Ann with 8 children listed on the 1880 census.  The above people were all born in England.  Would like to hear from descendants.

Looking for descendants of Jacob ASHMAN son of James and Ann PARFITT ASHMAN. He had at least two sons, Robert L. and James E. They were listed on the 1920 census in Unity township.  Robert was 18 and James 17.  On the 1900 census a son name William is listed as 15 years old.  His wife at that time would be the mother of Robert and James, her name was Camilla.  Jacob and Camilla were born in Pennsylvania.

I am asking for any information on Jared MARLNEE who lived in Middleton Twp and died in 1874.  His estate lists his wife Jane, Daughters Mary & Sarah and sons William, John and Clark (my ggrandfather). I also am looking for information on James JOHNSON and wife Margaret who immigrated from Ireland about 1825.  His son David was my gggrandfather. Any help would be appreciated.

Need info on the ROWLANDS family. My mother, Hazel Marie Smith married Delmar ROWLANDS about 1937. There was a fire in Delmar's parents(?) home located about 3 mi s. of Guilford Lake at the intersection of Murry and Speldel roads about 1935 while my mother was babysitting. A child was killed in the fire. I would like info on the fire or the Rowlands family if possible. I was born Robert Harvey Rowlands but changed my name to Robert Harvey Kuzma in 1956. Any help would be appreciated, and I will of course provide any info I may have of interest to others.

I am in search of any information pertaining to John LIPSEY (b. OH, 1801--d. Iowa?) He was probably born in Mt. Pleasant, Jefferson Co., OH, the son of Amasa LIPSEY (b. in North Carolina) & Rachel (WILSON) LIPSEY.  On 2 October, 1823, John m. Ann BURR (b. OH, 1806--d. 22 November 1883, Prairie Twp., Keokuk, Iowa) at Short Creek Monthly Meeting in Jefferson Co., OH.  Ann was the daughter of William & Sarah (---) BURR.  In 1850 John, Ann & family were living in Unity, Columbiana Co., OH. In 1850 their living children were as follows:  Elwood, Ruthanna, Mary, Sarah, Chalkley, Lemuel, Albert, Eliza A., and Elvira.  All children were b. in OH.  Any further info on this lineage is very much appreciated!  Thank you!

James CARSON married Caroline BEALE either around Columbiana Co or in PA. They had a child named Noah in 1876 in Columbiana Co. He married a girl named Lydia ?. They had children named, James Walter, Samuel, Alice and Emma. I think that James and Caroline were both from Pa. Lydia stayed in Columbiana Co and so did Samuel.
