Ida HAMMOND, wife of James Chisholm. She was born in New Castle, PA 1894. She died 1974 in OHIO. Any descendants? She was the daughter of Sarah HAMMOND & Thomas COTTRELL. She had a brother, William COTTRELL and a half-brother, Andrew WILLIAMS(son of John Williams & Sarah Hammond Cottrell Williams). Victoria KUKWICZ came to America c. 1907 Married Andrew KORPOWSKI in 1909. She came over with two sisters Rose and an unnamed sister. Rose married NOVAKOWSKI (NOVAK) and had two sons, one was Walter. Victoria's parents were Walter and Helen in Warsaw Poland. Andrew came over with two or more brothers, one was John KORPOWSKI. Victoria and Andrew were my grandparents. Trying to find the pieces.

I am updating a query I made in June, 2000. I am seeking information on my father's family. The original surname was GRASKE. There were two brothers of my grandfather, Albert GRASKE. They were August and Edward GRASKE and were on the Lakewood police dept. This was probably in the 1930's and/or 40's. I am trying to track my family tree, but have been unable to do so in the past. I recently was able to clarify the aboved information. I would like any info I can get about the above named people and family background.

Searching for information on the family of James Covert (1783-1880) and Martha Judd (abt 1784-1833). They lived in Mayfield Township. One child Nancy (1808-aft 1895) married Asa Webster in 1829 and they later settled in Iowa. James married second Phebe Sherman. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Looking for information on SUK ancestry. I have searched the Ohio Death Certificate Index for SUK, therefore know the surname is in the area. Grandfather WALTER J. SUK b.1890 d.1940 from Somerville, NJ supposedly had relatives that migrated to Ohio from Bohemia when he arrived in US reputedly aboard the "Hamburg" c.1904-14 in NYC. Interested to know if any SUK would know if they had relations living in NJ. Would like to find out which town in Bohemia they emigrated from and any other information that may lead me to trace my SUK family ancestry. Also searching for KOVARIK.
