The archives contain the Sacramental Registers (Baptisms, Communion, Conformation, Marriages & Deaths) recorded on microfilm for the parishes in the following counties: Allen, Crawford, DEFIANCE, Erie, Fulton, Hancock, Henry, Huron, Lucas, Ottawa, Paulding, Putnam, Richland, Sandusky, Seneca, VanWert, WILLIAMS, Wood & Wyandot. There is no central index of names so records must be searched by parish, year & sacrament. Also available: information on orphanages in Toledo and Tiffin, records of deceased clergy, copies of The Catholic Chronicle (1955 - present) and The Catholic Directories (1895-1999), and a 9-volume History of The Diocese of Toledo by Lawrence A. Mossing, S.T.D. Copyright 1983-1985 ($60.00).

Only records prior to 1930 are available. Cost is $3.00/each for Baptism or Marriage certificates. A search service is available at $15.00/hour. You may search the records by calling for an appointment. As there is only one microfilm reader, bring paper and pencil.
