ixon St. Cistern.

Around October, 1890 a fire cistern was installed on Dixon street. The collection point was the high school.

Another of the paragraphs in the article reads, "S.K. Moore, of Dunkirk, is spending a few days with Sheriff Neville at Kenton. S.K. always did like good things to eat."1

At the time of the article a confrontation had occurred between Selby K. Moore and Urve Jaycox in one of the Dunkirk establishments. A beer glass was thrown at Moore cutting him severly on the head. Jaycox was arrested for assault with intent to kill.2 There is no available information on Jaycox.
